In other words, you should only swallow everything in liquid form, but under this "Everything" is understood only as healthy, natural and low-calorie foods.

You can often meet fans of diet juice - of course, they also practice drinking food. Like kefir diets, vegetarian diets, fans of lean drinks and even the hardest of all are water diets.

If you're a reasonably healthy person, you probably understand that a drinking diet can not be based on milk shakes from a famous restaurant, on alcoholic beverages, on sweet soda, cocoa, coffee, industrial beverage yoghurts and the like. Strictly speaking, the drinking regime will be fully respected, although there can be no talk of weight loss here.

What you can drink as part of your diet

  • Water.With a watery beverage, you need to drink 2 liters of clean, still water daily. But this technology is very strict and complex, few people tolerate it. As it refers to fasting, it is allowed to sit on it for more than 3 days. The best option for a water-based drinking diet is fasting 1-3 days a month, when you drink only water. In addition, you need to prepare yourself for such a strict drinking diet by reducing the amount of food consumed daily a week before it starts and just as slowly returning to a normal diet.
  • Broth.It can be chicken, fish or beef, as well as vegetables. It needs to be prepared independently and from natural products, no semi-finished products are suitable). It is allowed to add salt during cooking, you can also add carrots, celery, vegetables - parsley. It is not advisable to add pepper, it whets the appetite, just like onions.
  • Dairy productsin liquid form can also be the basis of a drinking diet. If this is kefir, then it must be low in fat, as well as fermented baked milk, bifidok or drinking yoghurt without fillers. You can also take milk as a base without fat content more than 1, 5 percent. However, it is believed that milk is not well absorbed by the body of adults, so it is recommended to choose fermented dairy products.
  • Freshly squeezed juice.Orange, grapefruit, apple juice are suitable. Better to choose unsweetened fruits. Grapefruit is generally considered a top weight product.   • Protein shakes.This is perhaps the most effective and fastest drinking diet. As you know, protein diets are among the most effective. However, in order to consume protein shakes without compromising your health, you must make sure that you do not have a chronic illness. And besides, when consuming a large amount of protein, it is necessary to closely monitor water management - drink plenty of still water (otherwise the protein is simply not absorbed).

It is highly desirable to set a schedule for the use of "food" - for example, every two hours for 1-1, 5 glasses. Or every three hours - a little more. And intermittently, do not forget to drink plenty of clean water.

How long does the drinking diet last?

The longest known drinking diet lasts for about 30 days. Its menu can not be called poverty and asceticism, but all products and "dishes" are used only in liquid form. In the morning - freshly squeezed fruit juice and green tea (naturally without sugar, syrup and jam), closer to lunch - light broth (always second or even third) and vegetable smoothies, in the evening - kefir and protein shakes, and all day from morning to evening - also water inrather impressive quantities.

You think that a drinking diet, even if stored for only 4-5 days, completely loosens the intestines, removes toxins and so-called "food waste" and stimulates the body to use already accumulated fat at the expense of current energy costs (where liquid food containsrelatively few calories when properly checked).

However, such a long period - 20-30 days or more - is a rather extreme variation of the drinking diet. Although no dietitian will, almost certainly, advise anyone to follow such a diet (at least outside of a regular static examination) for more than 12-14 days.

The most popular "distance" for drinking is 7-10 days.

If you choose low-calorie foods for your drinking diet, you drink a small amount of fluid at a time (believe me: if you drink broth from dumplings in pots for several days in a row, the weight loss is unlikely to occur, although the formal routine can insult you forthe fact that your diet has not been drinking all this time), you are a lot in the fresh air and maybe even go to sports within a reasonable framework, then in 7 days after drinking you can well expect to lose 5-7kg extra pounds.

The most common mistake of those who start practicing this or that drinking regime is neglecting water management. As you know, with any diet, weight loss depends on a third of whether you drink enough water per day (after all, our body's metabolic processes take place only in the presence of water). Drinking diet is no exception! even if you do not eat, but drink during meals, it does not stop at least 1, 5 - 2 liters of still water a day.

Drinking Day Diet

Recall the simplest form of drinking - a day on the water. The result is simple: throughout the day it is permissible to drink only clean water that is not carbonated. Such days are considered fasting days and can be spent once a week or 2-3 times a month. At that time, you can drink only water, in unlimited quantities, but not less than 2 liters per day, or spend the day in freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit or apple juice mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 1, but the water is maintained - 1, 5 I in. Drinking days like these days on the water give your body a break from the stress of constantly digesting food. Gastrointestinal tract needs to be cleared, only this process begins on such fasting days.

You need to prepare in advance. Switch to a healthy diet the week before. If you like mayonnaise, sauces, sausages and fats, fried and sweet, exclude this food from your diet for a week. A few days before the "drinking day" diet begins to eat only cereals, fruits and vegetables. Drink sugar-free drinks all week and switch to green tea one day before starting your diet. Also drink up to 2 liters of water daily.

You need to leave your diet smooth and gradually add low-fat foods - first vegetables, fruits, breakfast cereals, then low-fat protein foods, after a few weeks you can gradually return to a normal diet. But, lean back on flour, sweets, fat is not worth it right away.

After a "drink day" diet, your stomach will shrink and you will start eating less and filling up quickly. Therefore, such Fridays allow you to reduce your appetite and switch to a healthy diet. This day you gain 1-2 kilograms of weight.

7 Day Drinking Diet

For a weekly drinking diet you can lose up to 7 pounds. You can take juice from vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products, broth as a base. In addition to liquid food, it is important to monitor the water - the amount of drinking water per day should be at least 1, 5 l. You can also drink unsweetened green tea (leaf) in unlimited quantities. In order not to get enough of any one product, you can alternate the days of the diet. For example:

  • 1 day - with milk or kefir;
  • Day 2 - in broth;
  • Day 3 - about juice;
  • Day 4 - tea day;
  • Day 5 - protein or yogurt;
  • Day 6 - on compote (dried apricots, prunes, raisins, cook without sugar);
  • The last day is juicy.

Stopping diet

The output of a weekly drinking diet should be smooth. The next day, after drinking a diet, start your breakfast with a small dose of oatmeal in water. Lunch and dinner are still drinkable. Follow this regimen for 2-3 days. Then move on to the new level - for breakfast, eat the dishes you like: eggs, yoghurt, cheese, but you do not have to lean on flour. For lunch, cook porridge and eat apples or bananas. Drink dinner. And already in the second week, start eating three times a day with supplemental protein low-fat foods and vegetables. In the third week, increase the amount of carbohydrates in the diet. Gradually add salt and rye bread, pasta, cereals, potatoes to your diet.
